SQCC Business After 5 Networking Series is a highly anticipated gathering aimed at fostering connections and collaborations among the small businesses, professionals and supporters in various industries. It serves as a platform for entrepreneurs to expand our network, exchange ideas and explore potential partnerships.
This event is organized by the South Queens Chamber of Commerce as we recognize the importance of networking in the growth and success of small businesses. We anticipate the Business After 5 will branch into informative sessions, interactive workshops and ample networking opportunities to cater to the diverse needs and interests of the attendees.
During the event, participants can expect to engage in structured networking sessions, where they have the chance to introduce themselves, share their business objectives and connect with like-minded individuals. These sessions may be facilitated through roundtable discussions, Q&A, speed networking, and presentations/workshops covering a range of topics relevant to small business owners.
Furthermore, we foresee the event may include an exhibition area where small businesses can showcase their products or services. This provides an opportunity to gain exposure, generate leads and sales.
Overall, the Business After 5 launch aims to create a vibrant and supportive ecosystem for small business owners / managers, enabling them to build meaningful connections, acquire valuable knowledge and explore collaborative opportunities for our members.
We are requesting for our business community membership to host the provision of the venue, appetizers and drinks. If you’re interested in discussing this package, please email secretary@southqueenschamber.com.
The Curling Club would be open to offering their venue, with new kitchen appliances, a ramped entry and universal washroom … over 100 occupancy in the main area plus the ice shed for bigger events like the farmers market on rainy Saturdays.
Sounds like a wonderful venue! Thank you so much for the information Elise!
